Ahahaha oh wow. New Found Glory under another name, with an album that's as funny as it is good.
They basically parody hardcore music here, and the culture, with making angry songs about wanting to kill Batman, and how angry they are at people who curse in music "Why say 'shit' when you can say 'shucks'?!" And the best part is that while it's funny, it can also stand-alone as a good hardcore album.
This isn't NFG's singer, Jordan Pundik on vocals, but their guitarist, Chad Gilbert, which is a shame, because I'd love to hear Jordan get all angry in the studio. Still, Chad sounds hilarious.
I really can't get too much into this review, but it's 16 tracks, and they're all kind of short, so this is an album that'll run its course pretty quickly, but you can always hit replay! If you like NFG, get this. If you like hardcore, even if you don't like NFG, this will probably make you at least smile.
