Spencer Sotelo

Speaking of Spencer Sotelo, since he's the current lead vocalist of Periphery, am I the only person in the world who thinks he's a great vocalist? I mean come on, he may not be quite as good as Casey Sabol, but he's certainly no push over, and his screams are getting wicked awesome.

Not only are his screams getting awesome, but he's getting even better at singing, and he really goes hand-in-hand with Misha 'Bulb' Mansoor.

Who would ever prefer the instrumental versions of Periphery's songs? I mean there are some riffs that get overshadowed from his vocals, but who actually prefers them? I don't think he's as bad as you guys think he is. There's a reason why they hired him, and that's because he's good. They've worked with good vocalists in the past, so they weren't just going to take some mediocre guy. He's good, whether you can admit it or not, you know he is.

"bahhh he doesn't sound like casey sabol" You know what? That isn't a problem. You know why? Because he isn't supposed to, he isn't Casey Sabol. He's Spencer Sotelo. Deal with it.
